Talks and Events
K. Walters at the Sign of the Gray Horse offers a range of presentations on jewelry from the 18th century to the mid-19th century showcasing general to indepth research by providing useful guidance for the living historian and general public.  (fee based)

As an expert hearth cook, I also provide hearth cooking demonstrations or presentations focusing on 18th Century cooking using recipes and other techniques included in my books, A Book of Cookery, by a Lady and Tea in 18th Century America.  (fee based)

- Sells Ready Made and Bespoke 17th Century, 18th Century, 19th Century jewelry. I try and represent the styles of jewelry from several decades that include the Renaissance, Rococo, Baroque, Georgian, Federal, Regency, Civil War, and Victorian Styles in Reproduction and Inspired Pieces

- Makes Custom necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, neck ruffles, and does some repair, etc.  (deposit required)

- Provides consulting for wearing jewelry for your impression (free and/or fee based depending on request)

- Gives presentations on jewelry - specializes on 1725-1825 time period.  (fee based)

- Available as a model for mid to late 18th century advertising and promotional needs (fee based)
